Return Policy 

• Return Period: You have the right to return your "Pass Me The Wine" T-shirt within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

• Condition of Return: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• Return Process:

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Cost: An extra shipping fee will be added to your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the EU. International shipping times may vary.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Alternative 3: Pick Up at Our Next Wine Tasting

• Event: Collect your T-shirt at our next wine tasting event.
• Cost: Free of charge.
• Notification: You will receive an email with details about the event and instructions for picking up your order. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation to the event.
